Culinary Arts – Cookies and Pasta Making

Based on the idea that the best way to learn a language is to experience that culture, our students in the Culinary Arts course, which we continue online, so far, they made le rose del deserto & abbracci cookies and gnocchetti & tagliatelle pasta. We look forward to next week’s menu and wonder what our students who try a different recipe unique to Italy every week will prepare next.
