Counseling Service Parents Seminar

On Thursday, January 20, 2022, we discussed "The Role of Parents in the Management of Exam Anxiety". We talked about the physical and mental components that cause test anxiety. We ended our meeting with a mindfulness activity with our parents which showed the arrangements needed to be made to ensure that exam anxiety could be kept at the desired level.
